A series of workshops, classes, and exercises to introduce social changemakers to mindfulness, and a Community of Practice to integrate these practices into our work

While mainstream society often commodifies mindfulness, portraying it as a means to navigate stress within existing systems, this narrative neglects its potential as a transformative agent. Mindful Movements bridges the gap between individual mindfulness practices and a collective, socially conscious approach ensuring that mindfulness serves the collective beyond individual gains. 

10 Week Mindfulness Training

This 10-week training bridges the gap between individual mindfulness practices and a collective, socially conscious approach. Lessons can be complete individually on any device, or played for group trainings via Apply TV, Google Chromecast, or other screencasting devices.

The ABCs of Mindful Changemaking

An introductory class about the role of mindfulness in our work across the social change space. Whether your work is paid or unpaid, online or offline, at the grassroots level or higher in an organisation, these principles ought to play a key role in your life and work.

The Unbiased Mind

In a world brimming with diverse perspectives and opinions, navigating the landscape of ideas requires a keen awareness of the biases and logical pitfalls that can impede understanding. The Unbiased Mind is a 20-part video series designed to equip you with the knowledge and mindfulness needed to foster empathy, inclusivity, and effective problem-solving. As agents of positive change, our interactions and endeavours are only as powerful as the clarity and fairness of our thinking.

For newcomers to mindfulness, we suggest immersing yourself in one exercise daily, so you can work through the first 5 modules designed to gradually equip you with essential mindfulness skills, and seamlessly integrate mindfulness into your routine.
