Case Study: Research & Strategy Development
Tiyana J collaborated with Gram Vaani, an Indian social-tech company, on a groundbreaking research project aimed at developing an empowerment-focused theory of change for ICT4D (Information and Communication Technologies for Development) organisations’ campaigns in rural India. Through rigorous research, data analysis, and stakeholder consultations, Tiyana and Gram Vaani developed a comprehensive theory of change framework. This framework outlined the pathways and strategies through which ICT4D organisations can drive meaningful empowerment among rural populations, emphasising participatory approaches and community-driven solutions. The research is expected to be published in 2024.
Case Study: Community Events
We partnered with Brisbane City Council and Peace Card Project to host a community art pop-up exhibition and art space in Meanjin/Brisbane. This transformative event aimed to harness the power of art and creative communication tools in co-creating a peaceful and sustainable world. The community art pop-up exhibition left a lasting impact on participants, sparking conversations, building connections, and nurturing a sense of hope and possibility. Through art, we witnessed the power to envision and manifest a peaceful and sustainable world, one brushstroke at a time.
Case Study 3: Team Building & Strategy Development
We worked with the Red Cross to host a series of team building and strategy workshops for a youth advisory committee The workshops resulted in tangible outcomes for the Red Cross Youth Advisory Committee. Members gained confidence in their leadership abilities, strengthened their teamwork skills, and developed strategic plans for upcoming projects. This newfound knowledge and empowerment have translated into meaningful contributions within the organisation and the communities they serve.
